These cards are very easy to make; a little pattern paper, a simple die-cut and sentiment, and then a few Nuvo drops to finish the cards off. It is that simple, and keeping it simple is the best method to stick to when you’ve got 10 minutes to make a card! These cards use the Fleur De paper pack from Catherine Pooler and this paper pack was key for making these cards have an impact whilst keeping it very simple to make. So let’s get started!

10 minutes to make a card: Thanks!
For this card, use the diamond pattern sheet from the Fleur De paper pack and trim this down to 4.25″x 5.5″. Next, use a pair of scissors to cut along the diamond pattern to cut about 2-3 rooms of diamonds out.
Next, add fun foam to the pack of each piece and adhere these to a white card base. For the sentiment, die-cut the Catherine Pooler Thanks die from black card and foam mount on to the front of the card as though it is floating between the pattern paper.
In addition, add a heat embossed the sentiment from the Catherine Pooler One Liner Sentiment stamp set. I like to stamp and emboss a lot of sentiments already made so I can add them quickly to a project when needed. To finish the card off, add a few Tonic Studio Ebony Nuvo Crystal drops around the sentiment.

So this card uses that bit of diamond pattern paper we cut out of the original panel we created for the Thanks card. Adhere this piece onto a piece of Rockin’ red stripe paper from the Fleur De paper pack.
Next, add fun foam to the back of this, and add to a white card base. For the sentiment, adhere a white Catherine Pooler ‘Hello’ die-cut offset over one cut out of the black card. This will create a shadow effect, allowing the sentiment to pop out from the pattern.
Again, add a small heat embossed sentiment from the Catherine Pooler One Liner Sentiment stamp and foam mount onto the card. Lastly, embellish with a few Tonic Studios Primary Ebony Cyrstal Nuvo Drops.
