I love just taking one simple stamp and making a card with it. Well, this card does have two stamps on it, but the main focus of the card was created with one simple stamp. You can easily get more from your stash by one simple technique, rotate your stamps. In addition, change up the colour and you can add so much interest to a background to add a sentiment. I used the new Fall Finds stamp set from the All Things Fall release from Catherine Pooler Designs but you can use a stamp set in your stash for this technique, so let’s get started!

For this technique, I recommend using an acrylic block as it will make it so much faster to stamp the background. As Catherine Pooler Inks stamps so well each and every time, you don’t need to use a stamping platform to create this card.
Take a leaf from the Fall Finds stamp set and start stamping in Samba ink in the middle of the card. Next, rotate your stamps and then stamp in another colour next to the one you’ve just stamped. I then stamped in Flame ink. Repeat rotating and stamping next to the previous ink another colour until you have stamped one line. The colours used in addition were Catching Rays and Tiki Torch.
For the next line, shift along one leaf and rotate the stamp compared to the one below and change the colour so they vary. Keep repeating this until the panel is filled and trim this down to add to a white card base.
Finish the card off by heat embossing sentiment from the Fall Finds stamp set onto a black die-cut circle and foam mount this onto the front. Lastly, embellish with gold sequin discs.
