Often releases can come out with different pieces to create a look, a die, stamp, stencil, foil plate etc. But what if your money doesn’t stretch to buy them all. Well, I’m showing you how to add pops of colour if you don’t have the coordinating stencil or stamp using the Folk Garden 2 hot foil stamp and die. Also, have you tried the Aura Hot Foil roll from Spellbinders, it is stunning!

Pink Pops of colour!
For this first card, we’re using two pops of colour. Start by hot foiling onto Peony Pink Hero Hues and Azalea Hero Hues cardstock the PinkFresh Studio Folk Garden 2 Hot Foil plate with Aura Hot Foil roll.

In addition, also foil this onto white cardstock. Next, use the coordinating Folk Garden 2 die to cut these out. In addition, cut out a background panel and circle from white card using the Mini Slimline Essential die set from PinkFresh Studio.
Layer up the background panel and circle die onto a mini slime cardbase. Next, foam mount the foiled floral elements, wrapping these around the circle panel. For the sentiment, hot foil in Aura Hot Foil roll the hello sentiment from the Be Bold Sentiments Glimmer Hot Foil plates. This set also comes with the coordinating dies to cut this out.

Lastly, embellish with some clear sequins to finish the card off.
Softer pops of colour:
This second card uses a softer pop of colour to create a serene elegant thank you card. Using Aura Hot Foil roll, foil the Folk Garden 2 Hot Foil plate onto Lemon Drop cardstock.

This card uses the Stitched Scallop Circle dies from PinkFresh Studio to ground the floral elements onto a white cardbase.
Again another sentiment using the Be Bold Sentiments Glimmer Hot Foil plates was also foam mounted to the front. Lastly, this card was also embellished with clear sequins to finish the card.
