Tip on how to ide messy copic colouring

Start off by die-cutting the Peony in Bloom cover plate die from white cardstock and adhere this onto another white card panel. Now start to colour in your design with your copic markers and don’t worry if your pens go on to the die-cut – we can cover this up later!

After you have completed your colouring, die-cut the Peony in Bloom cover plate die once more and adhere this new die-cut over the top of the previous one. This will now give you a clean fresh white outline, hiding your messy colouring!

Assembling the card:

To turn this into a card, I trimmed the border off and added the panel on to a 5×7″ card base, adding foam for dimension. For the sentiment, I layered 3 white Blessed word die up and added one more that I had coloured with Twilight ink from Catherine Pooler Designs.

The die-cut sentiment was added to the front of the card. To finish the card off, I added a scattering of sequins from the Flamenco Bay Sequin mix from Catherine Pooler Designs.
