Sometimes it can be a case of wanting to make several cards in as little time as possible. Well, for those instances this technique is perfect for that. Creating 3 cards from one panel using a selection of dies can speed up your card making process allowing you to knock several cards at once.
Depending on the type of card panel you make, you can speed up the process even more. Today, I opted to make an emboss resist panel, creating a colorful background with metallic highlights to catch the eye.

Making the background
To start off, using an acrylic block at Clear Ultra Slow Drying embossing ink from WOW! Embossing powder, repeatedly stamp the Rosie Posy floral over a piece of Neenah Solar White Classic Crest 80lb cardstock. For more interest, rotate the floral design for more variety.

You may find it useful to cover with Metallic Rich Gold Pale embossing powder as you go along so you ca easily see where you have stamped. However, leave melting the powder until you have completely stamped the panel to reduce warping.

Using the mini ink blending tools from Ranger and mini ink blending sponge, apply Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide to one end of the panel, gradually fading this out. Next, add Twisted Citron Distress Oxide with a new sponge to the middle of the panel, blending this into the yellow. Lastly, apply Salty Ocean Distress Oxide with a ocean sponge to the other end and blend into the green
Go back and forth between the colours to get a seamless blend.
Creating the cards
Once the background is complete take a shaped die and die cut from the panel – for this panel I used circle die. Next, using the Altenew Fine Alphabet dies, die cut a saying from the die cut piece. The saying can vary, but it depends on the size of shaped die use to begin with. For this circle, ‘Hello’ fit in neatly.

Make sure you keep the die cut letters, and the inner of the letters as we need them for all three cards.
This die cut circle can be foam mounted onto a white card base made out of 110lb Neenah Solar White Classic Crest cardstock. Remember to insert the inner of the O back in for a seamless look.

Using up the left overs
The die cut letters where adhere to corresponding white foam die-cuts and adhered onto a white card base once more. The remainder of the panel was also adhere to a card base, and foam mounted white hello die cuts from card were adhere inside the circle aperture.

To finish the cards off, a selection of sentiments from the Altenew ‘Sentiment Strips’ were heat embossed in Opaque Bright White Embossing powder from WOW! Embossing powder onto black cardstock or stamped in Versafine Onyx black ink directly onto the card base.
Lastly, a selection of Rock Candy Confetti Mix Sequins fro Trinity Stamps were dded to the base with Gina K Connect glue.
