Hello, goo to see you again! I am up on the Brutus Monroe blog as Saturday has rolled around again! This card today was inspired by a card I saw over on Youtube by Kelly Latevola (link to the video here). I don’t know about anybody else but I love watching cardmaking videos and this one by Kelly, use a variety of drinks containers and coloured inks to create a patterned background. When watching it, I thought the Tea Time stamp set would be brilliant for this and I used a variety of Brutus Monroe surface inks as well. So this inspiration helped create this ‘No one stacks up to you’ thank you card. I love how this card has turned out, though I think Kelly’s is better, she has been crafting longer than I have. We all learn and improve on out crafting journey!

No one stacks up to you Card Process Overview
Using a selection of Surface inks, start stamping your choose images from the Tea Time stamp set in the middle of an Alabaster cardstock panel. Work the pattern from the middle outwards to prevent any award gaps appearing. Heat emboss in Sterling embossing powder the ‘No one stacks up to you’ sentiment from the stamp set onto Raven cardstock. Die cut another sentiment from Raven cardstock. For the last layer, add a strip of Double-sided tape runner to the card and peel off the release paper. Burnish some silver decofoil onto the adhesive and die cut the last layer. Adhere the sentiments onto the card panel with Craft glue. Finally, adhere the card panel to a black card base and finish with Nuvo drops to embellish.
